To our Maxsun Customers and Members,

We hope this message finds you and your family healthy amid this COVID-19 crisis. These are undoubtedly stressful times, and we are committed to keeping our valued employees and customers safe. All of us at Maxsun Group care deeply about the health and care of our community.

During this time, we have decided to close our Manhattan Showroom location at 200 Bowery Street, New York, NY 10012. We sincerely thank you for your business and support all these years. The new showroom will be situated in our headquarter at Maspeth, NY location; Call for appointment or walk-in is welcome. The New Jersey showroom will be available by the end of August and by appointment only. We will continue our business operation as usual and rest assured that safety measures are in place during your visit. We will be wearing a face mask and expect our customers to do the same, and hand sanitizers are available to use.

The Maxsun Group website will still be available to serve you for your product needs. We ask all customers to contact us via email or leave a message at our chatbox, and our customer service specialists will get back to you as soon as possible. COVID-19 UPDATE 

Due to the recent Coronavirus outbreak, Maxsun is taking all health and safety measures seriously. We have decided to temporarily close our Manhattan showroom and workshop as a precaution measure, however our headquarters will remain operational and by appointment only. Rest assured, we will continue to be your trusted partner and provider of contract furniture. We have followed the recommendations of leading health authorities to safeguard the health of our employees.

  • Maxsun representatives will continue to be available by phone, chat and email
  • Stock items are available to ship
  • Shipments for existing orders will be delayed, please call to check delivery schedules
  • Existing custom orders cannot be cancelled
  • New custom orders will be delayed. Our workshop is temporarily closed at this time 
  • Our headquarters’ showroom is open by appointment only

In an effort to protect our communities, we will continue to monitor the situation and change plans accordingly. We will provide updates on any changes made.
