Warranty

All Maxsun Furnishings products have a standard one-year limited warranty.  Warranties are only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred.  Our warranties only cover manufacturer defects and do not cover damage from abnormal use or minor/cosmetic damage that has arisen from normal wear and tear.  Our warranty becomes null and void in the event of damage to the product resulting from unauthorized repairs, breakage due to abuse or misuse, repair, alteration or modification of the product by anyone other than authorized representatives thereof, damage resulting from accidents, vandalism, acts of nature and improper use.  Maxsun Furnishings’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold, and we will not be liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the purchaser’s care or neglect.  In no instance shall Maxsun Furnishings’ liability under warranty exceed the value of the warranted item or items. All warranty claims must be accompanied by photo evidence for documentation and review.

FAQ

Yes, all of our furniture is commercial grade. We sell to restaurants, bars and the hospitality industry. Our items are manufactured in the USA and China.

There isn’t a minimum quantity for ordering. We do offer bulk discounts and ordering single items may be more expensive to ship. We will look for the most appropriate shipping method. You also have the option to pick up your products directly from us.

Yes, we do sell to residential customers. There are up-charges for shipping, such as indoor delivery, setup, lift gate charges. Some of these options may not be available depending on shipping location. Many of our bar stools can be custom made to counter height(26″). We also do custom upholstery work such as head boards and custom banquettes for your breakfast nook.

We take phone orders.

We may need to send you some information through fax and email to complete the order.

For stock items, we charge a 25% restocking fee for returns. Custom made products cannot be returned because they were manufactured based on your specifications.

Assembly depends on the item. Most of the items are assembled. Certain items such as table bases are not assembled. You may request to have your products shipped not assembled to save on shipping. Table tops and bases are ordered separately and will not be installed together when shipping.

Depending or the settings of your computer monitor, colors may be slightly different.

Measurements are rounded up to the nearest quarter of an inch. Please contact us if exact measurements are important to you. We are not responsible for any standard variations.

Our main showroom is located in NYC (200 Bowery in the Lower East Side), and another one in Maspeth, New York (57-11 49th Place)

With the exception of custom made products, Almost 90% of our products are on display. If you are interested in any particular products, please call us to verify.

We deliver anywhere in the 48 continental states.

Yes, we do. Most of the furniture that we offer are stocked in our Maspeth warehouse and could be shipped the following day or picked-up immediately. We also have a warehouse in New Jersey with items ready within 2 – 3 business days after purchase.

Our stock items are outfitted mostly in vinyl materials with a few exceptions. We also specialize in upholstery with a large variety of material books to choose from, or you can even provide us with the material of your preference.

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from maxsungroup.com (the “Site”).
